Random Octavia Thing...

Welp! This is what I do when I have no time, a PC, homework in front of me, someone yelling at me, and an urge to make this expression and for people to get it. Ahem, anyways, yes, I did do a Canon character. It's... not exactly my forte, if you see my gallery, you'll definitely see why, but I will say I am not disappointed, as these characters are meant to have draw-able designs, so it'll be embarrassing if I can't.
